Lot 5 is a gently sloping wooded lot on a cove not far from the main lake. It would be suitable for a home with a basement and the developer says the water is deep enough for a boathouse. There is 90' of waterfront. The subdivision doesn't have a Homeowners' Association now but may form one later and the road could be paved by the county in the future when more of these lots are developed. County water is in to the end of the road so a well would not be necessary. This is a quiet area six minutes from Littleton and about twenty minutes from Roanoke Rapids and I-95 with a lot of full time residents. Washburns Marina is across the lake under Pea Hill Creek bridge.
