I have lived in this region for most of my life. I was born in California, but my family moved to New England when I was only three. I have loved being near the ocean and the lakes and ponds of Maine and New Hampshire.

My specialties include lakes region residential sales. I also serve second home and vacation home markets, helping all buyers and sellers with a smooth, successful home buying or selling experience. I bring dedication, compassion, knowledge, and tenacity to every part of the buying and selling process experience.

Using excellent communication skills and a savvy business sense, I nurture excellent relationships with all parties involved to obtain outstanding results for my clients. I practice and understand the value of being a good listener and working hard and tirelessly to meet my client's needs with lightning speed responsiveness and constant communications throughout all parts of a transaction.

I have had wonderful times navigating many different water bodies with friends. I have had so many adventures, including moonlight cruises, lobster fishing, swimming, and recently learned to kayak. I love watching the ice hockey tournament and the ice fishing derby held every winter on Lake Winnipesaukee. I have always had a love affair with the Lakes Region in New Hampshire. We've had so many vacations, camping trips, and time with family spent along the twinkling shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. We joyfully explored so many small ponds and lakes throughout New Hampshire.

I want to share that love of my state and my lake with my clients. Most of all, I want to show up for my clients, whether they are selling a well-loved home or buying a lake home or property. I share in your excitement, and I strive to work smart for you from start to finish.
