I have lived in this region for most of my life. I was born in California, but my family moved to New England when I was only three. I have loved being near the ocean and the lakes and ponds of Maine and New Hampshire.


My specialties include lakes region residential sales. I also serve second home and vacation home markets, helping all buyers and sellers with a smooth, successful home buying or selling experience. I bring dedication, compassion, knowledge, and tenacity to every part of the buying and selling process experience.


Using excellent communication skills and a savvy business sense, I nurture excellent relationships with all parties involved to obtain outstanding results for my clients. I practice and understand the value of being a good listener and working hard and tirelessly to meet my client's needs with lightning speed responsiveness and constant communications throughout all parts of a transaction.


I have had wonderful times navigating many different water bodies with friends. I have had so many adventures, including moonlight cruises, lobster fishing, swimming, and recently learned to kayak. I love watching the ice hockey tournament and the ice fishing derby held every winter on Lake Winnipesaukee. I have always had a love affair with the Lakes Region in New Hampshire. We've had so many vacations, camping trips, and time with family spent along the twinkling shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. We joyfully explored so many small ponds and lakes throughout New Hampshire.


I want to share that love of my state and my lake with my clients. Most of all, I want to show up for my clients, whether they are selling a well-loved home or buying a lake home or property. I share in your excitement, and I strive to work smart for you from start to finish.

Ossipee Lake is in Ossipee and Freedom, New Hampshire, not far from the New Hampshire-Maine border. Concord and Portland, Maine are under 70 miles away.


The Portland International Jetport is under 55 miles away, and the Portsmouth International Airport is under 75 miles away. For medical care, Huggins Hospital is 18.3 miles away.


Residents can shop for groceries and snacks at several stores and markets within 15 miles. Locals recommend restaurants such as Ossipee Mountain Grill, Pizza Barn, River’s Edge Grille & Tavern, and Smoking Guns BBQ & Butcher Shop.

Local Entertainment

A top nearby attraction is Story Land, a quaint amusement park offering numerous rides and attractions. Be sure to bring a swimsuit to enjoy the water rides.


Cranmore Mountain Resort appeals to those new to skiing and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.


Near the town of Bartlett, located within the White Mountain National Forest, is Diana’s Baths. The Baths are a series of smaller waterfalls that offer a hike that is less than a mile to get to the base of the stream that feeds into them.


Explore Portland

Ossipee Lake’s proximity to Maine also means that the city of Portland isn’t far off.


In Portland, visitors can expect to find great shopping and coffee shops at historic Old Port. In Old Port, most of the buildings are constructed entirely of brick, remnants from Maine’s shipping days. The older architecture makes Old Port an excellent photo destination.


Another top attraction is Allagash Brewery, which offers tastings and a food truck featuring lobster rolls.


Newcomers to Portland are invited to garner an appreciation for the beautiful collections at the Portland Museum of Art.


Explore Concord

Concord, the capital city of New Hampshire, has lots to offer residents of Ossipee Lake.


The top attraction is the independently owned Red River Theatre. This theatre offers screenings of independent films as well as classic movies.


Those more interested in live performances should head to Capitol Center for the Arts. There they will find ballet, country, rock, and Broadway performances.


Another attraction is the Mcauliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, named after Christina Mcauliffe and Alan Shepard. This museum features interactive indoor and outdoor exhibits as well as a planetarium.
