Some folks have been here over 50 years, theres a mix of ages throughout. They don't make parks like this anymore. There's a day dock for pickup and drop off. Some residents have a mooring or boat slip (there's a waitlist) others valet with various marinas in the area.It may look small on the outside, but is surprisingly spacious on the inside.
