Built in 1928, this beautifully hand-crafted sporting camp has retained its special qualities for generations. Spott's Island Sporting Camp is a completely private lakeside sporting camp with a guest cottage and two additional outbuildings. Sited on 13 acres of land connected to the mainland by causeway, this vintage camp is truly an escape into nature. With 2250 feet of water frontage on Cupsuptic and Mooselookmegunticook Lakes, this retreat is just a mile outside the village of Oquossoc and 8 miles from the town of Rangeley. This property offers incomparable views to the north, south, and west of undisturbed wilderness. The four-bedroom, five bath main house is constructed on a rock ledge at the high point of Spott's Island and is considered one of the great camps of the area. It offers a protected cove with a sand beach as well as multiple sand beaches spread around the island and over 150 feet of permanent docks.
