000 six mile village

An affordable camp located in the Six Mile area of Toledo Bend. It is a small mobile home with additions that are larger than the older mobile home itself, including a sun room, living room, master bedroom and bath. The addition is lacking floor covering and some minor finishing work, but the home owners have left some materials on the property to assist with its completion. The central a/h does not duct to the addition. This camp has lots of potential if you are looking for a lake home getaway. There is a public boat launch within a couple of mile from the property.
