I am a full-time Broker, licensed in Tennessee. My time is the most important asset I own and I understand yours is just as important to you. One of the largest pieces of your portfolio is your home, land or business. I take the responsibility of helping you buy or sell your home or business very seriously.

I have been involved in real estate and construction most of my life. Two aunts and my momma's best friend were Realtors, so I grew up listening to the stories and being involved in their lives. I became a Journeyman Electrician and learned to build houses. As an Electrician, I have worked at many industrial and commercial buildings as well as nuclear plants around the country. This knowledge, along with specialized training classes helps me help you with all your business buying or selling goals, as well as your personal home. Together, we will market your home or business as well as it can possibly be marketed. I believe the best attitude I can have is not one of working for a commission, but rather I work for you and most importantly, for your referrals. It's this belief that keeps my business going. I strive for satisfied clients who are happy with my performance; clients who, after all is closed and all go their own way, feel confident about telling their friends, co-workers, church mates and associates about my performance when it comes to their real estate desires.

I have spent the last several years studying the lakes and what is needed to know when buying a lake home. The Tennessee River affects homes and land in very unique ways. I live on Lake Chickamauga just outside of Chattanooga in Hamilton County. I love the lakes in our area and belong to many local organizations. We are the lake experts, ready to help you get the most for your home. No one can market your home on the water or inland better than we can. We pride ourselves on being different than the other realtors in the area. We pride ourselves on being the professional experts you and your family can count on to get the real estate goals of your heart to fruition.

My promise to you is that I will always give you the truth even if it hurts a bit. I will answer my phone when you call. If I don't there is a good reason and I will call back ASAP. You will get the best professional experts available with the highest standard of ethical behavior. You will receive the highest standard of marketing technology available in the business today. Our goal is to satisfy your real estate goals today. Call or email me to set up your free consultation. Thank you.

About Watts Bar Lake

One of the South’s Largest Lakes

Watts Bar Lake is located in the heart of the Tennessee River Valley, stretching 72 miles between the Fort Loudon Dam in Lenoir City and Watts Bar Dam near Spring City. Covering 39,000 acres, it is one of the largest lakes in the south.

The lake was created in 1942 and is regulated by the Tennessee River Valley Authority (TVA). It passes through the counties of Loudon, Roane, Rhea, and Meigs. Its major tributaries are the Tennessee, Clinch, and Emory Rivers.

A Convenient Location

Watts Bar Lake is less than a 100-mile drive from Knoxville or Chattanooga, Tennessee. Either city has a great choice of restaurants, shops, and hotels.

Knoxville is home to the McGhee Tyson Airport and Fort Sanders Medical Center. Chattanooga houses the Chattanooga Airport and CHI Memorial Hospital.

Along the banks of Watts Bar, you’ll find cabins, cottages, houseboats, and high-end developments. This beautiful body of water sees over one million visitors each year, but with its massive size, it never feels crowded.

Lake Paradise

Watts Bar’s wide-open stretch is the perfect location for powerboating, water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, sailing, or simply cruising in a pontoon.

With 722 miles of shoreline, there is so much to explore. Kayakers and canoers have inlets, coves, and islands to paddle around. Its sandy shores are great for swimming or relaxing.

Fishermen especially enjoy Watts Bar Lake for its world-class fishing. It holds large amounts of largemouth, smallmouth, and black bass along with stripers, catfish, and crappie. In addition to marine life, you can spot blue herons, osprey, bald eagles, and other waterfowl.

Crow’s Nest, Terrace View Restaurant, Front Porch Restaurant, and Nick’s Lakeside Grill offer waterfront dining.

Watts Bar Lake Has it All

With Knoxville to the east, Chattanooga to the west, and a relaxed lake living in between, Watts Bar Lake has it all!
