Not just your typical FFG lot ... this one has a some nice extras. The front two-thirds lays level, but then rolls a little to a creek in the back. And your whole back area is FFG common area, so nobody will ever be building back there. And this lot is also a frequent residing place for a few deer, as most of that area of Snead Dr is wooded and an excellent habitat for them. The creek lays along your back property line and gets going pretty good when it's raining.
