But, included by the City Free of Charge are: Two tennis courts, a Basketball Court, Lots of Fitness equipment, Swings, Slides, Cabana's with Grills and a Soccer Field. And each year for Independence Day City Hall provides food and fireworks. The taxes are low and Trash service is included free of charge. Lakesite also has Spring/Fall clean up with dumpsters available, also free of charge.
