This deeded lake Hartwell access with covered dock, bridge access and boat lift is part of an estate sale comprising of: The house at 102 St Clair MLS 20288227 (will be for sale when removed from hold), an adjacent lot on the corner of Pine Crest and St Clair MLS 20288235 and this lake Hartwell access. When standing at the lake edge the covered dock is the one to the left. Due to the condition of the access stairs which suffered significant storm damage showing is not permitted without submission of a signed release. It is then done at your own risk with no liability accepted by the owner or agent (brokerage). Access without signed release will be considered trespass. Release is in the attached documents. Per USARMY CESAS (USA) the permit can be reassigned to a new owner but they state that no dock modifications can be done since the permit associated with the dock no longer meets our new standards.
