This spectacular setting affords absolute privacy with it's own cove surrounded by a peninsula and vacant land. There is New York State Land on one side and a conservation easement on the eastern side. It has a beautiful stream and waterfall on the property and the view of the Blue Ridge are panoramic. There are two improvements to the land; a year round contemporary home with almost 2500 sq. ft of living space placed on the hill and a newer screened and enclosed pavilion for entertaining, and enjoying the breezes and the lake views. Underneath are two spaces for storage of boats and other water toys. A ramp by the water is perfect for putting in all types of water craft. Blue Mountain Lake offers privacy since there is no public access to the water. It is spring fed and is the largest of the Eckford Chain of Lakes including Blue, Eagle and Utowanna. They are all motorboating lakes.
