This home boasts lots of natural light and offers a Kitchen, Dining area you can sit and have dinner while taking in the views of Paugus Bay and has slider doors that lead out to the deck, spacious Living Room has cathedral pine ceilings with ceiling fan, Master Bedroom has blinds and curtains, 2nd Bedroom has blinds and curtains and Full Bath. Spacious, private, deck to sit out and enjoy your favorite beverage and enjoy the warm weather. There is two parking spaces, and a Shed. Club house has an activity room, full bath that is year round and coin-op washer and dryer. Also, there are two beaches to enjoy. One beach has a nice stone walkway that leads down to the docks and the inviting sandy beach to sit out or go for a swim, canoe or kayak. There is a Playground on the grounds. Moorings are available not deeded and docks by seniority. There is a lot to do in the area for everyone such as take a ride on the Mount Washington, Ride the Train, Visit Weirs Beach, the Drive-in, games at Funspot, visit Gunstock Mountain, relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunsets.
