Cari Rostie

Move It Real Estate Group

(888) 346-5253

Cari was born and raised in International Falls, Minnesota, where she spent much of her youth playing sports and relaxing on Rainy Lake with friends. After high school, Cari moved to Duluth to play college volleyball at UMD, and then completed her degree at Bemidji State University.

Upon graduating, Cari took a summer job with a Bemidji construction firm framing apartment complexes in North Dakota. She enjoyed the physical work and stayed involved with the company for a number of years. Her interest in construction inspired her to pursue a real estate license, which became her stepping stone to a successful sales career.

Cari's construction experience proved priceless when dealing with her real estate customers at ERA Pederson & Associates in Bemidji, where her considerable success was honored with a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award. After taking a break from real estate in 2007 to move back to International Falls, she decided it was time to get back into the line of work she enjoys most and is now thrilled to be on board with the Move It Real Estate Group. She realizes that helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs is her true calling, and being able to provide this service around her home town of International Falls and Rainy Lake makes it even more worthwhile.

With a commitment to customer service second to none, Cari strives to make her buyers and sellers feel as though they are her only clients. In her real estate experience, she has built a strong base of loyal customers through dedication, ethics, and attention to detail. She is now bringing those same attributes to customers throughout Borderland.

Cari is looking forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs, so please give her a call anytime to find out how she can help you.

About Rainy Lake

On the Minnesota-Canada Border

Rainy Lake stretches approximately 50 miles along the Minnesota-Canada border. The scenic waters are a favorite for residents, seasonal visitors, and tourists alike.

It is convenient to have International Falls nearby, where you will find restaurants, shops, hotels, Falls Hospital, and International Falls Airport.

An Island-Spotted Lake

Rainy Lake is an impressive expanse, boasting 228,000 acres of water and over 2,000 islands.

Around the lakeshore and islands, you will find countless beaches and rocky peninsulas that are often secluded.

The surrounding forests are habited by moose, deer, wolves, bears, bald eagles, beavers, warblers, and many more native animals. Around the lake, you will see cranes, loons, and other waterfowl.

Enjoy the Outdoors

Rainy Lake is host to all kinds of watercraft: pontoons, powerboats, jet skis, sailboats, kayaks, canoes, and fishing boats.

People enjoy catching speed behind the boats on skis, tubes, and wakeboards. It is also famous for swimming and nature watching. Rainy Lake is a premier bass fishing location, but it also holds northern pike, walleye, sauger, and crappie.

International Falls host the Annual International Falls Premier Bass Fishing Tournament on Rainy Lake and Rainy River. The tournament gives away $30,000 in prize money.

Voyageurs National Park

Rainy Lake is part of Voyageurs National Park--the only national park in the state. Across its 218,00 acres, there are hundreds of miles of trails for hiking and snowmobiling.

Around the forest, there are many hidden waterfalls and historic rock formations. It is also one of the top locations in the country for viewing the northern lights.

Picturesque Lake Property

At Rainy Lake, you can enjoy endless lake activities with International Falls and Voyageurs National Park nearby.
