Courtney Kucza and Kaitlin Geehan

Identical twins, Kaitlin and Courtney grew up in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. In typical twin fashion, Kaitlin and Courtney work as engineers in the medical device industry but developed a passion for real estate. Their decision to become agents was formed over the last few years of finding properties for themselves and family. This started with helping their parents find the ideal lakefront property in the Emily/Outing, MN area to help them build the cabin they always envisioned.

As avid fishermen, Kaitlin and Courtney always saw the benefit of a lakefront oasis in addition to the goal of maintaining long-term roots in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. That journey continued after graduate school when Kaitlin and her husband Corey embarked on purchasing their first home in Coon Rapids, MN. This home had sat on the market for some time with much needed maintenance and an outdated interior but the twins saw the potential. With Courtney’s partnership, the group invested in full renovation of this house with sweat equity doing much of the work themselves. A successful sale and an abundance of knowledge was obtained by deciding to take a chance on themselves.

A constant theme that continued to prevail throughout the renovation and buy/selling processes was that details matter. Being very analytical and detail-oriented people, this twin team understands what it takes to make the home buying or selling process successful. In pursuit of the fine details, Kaitlin and Courtney pride themselves on listening, understanding and being overly communicative with their clients. They value being present throughout the entire process and will work tirelessly to provide a seamless experience for you.
