Sunset Cove is the name of your new cottage, nestled among the trees with those amazing Lake Superior sunsets on your own pebble beach. The sellers are sad to let this go, and hopes the next owner will enjoy this as much as they do. The cottage is a 2-bedroom knotty pine interior with hardwood floors and tons of charm. The current seller added a propane fireplace with ceiling fan which heats the cottage quite handily. This replaced the old wood stove that was there when they purchased it. They also added a sauna behind the 3/4 bath, with electric stove and another shower in here. Further updates are the kitchen with tile counter tops and the electrical system. The property is amazing, the pebble beach cove with conglomerate rock outcroppings create pools and perches for all to enjoy. The cottage side is a wooded deep lot. At one time there was a mobile home on this site, therefore there is a separate septic system and fire number, though the home is no longer present.
