We are only 9 minutes to Traverse City, yet we get all the beauty and tranquility of northern Michigan right at our doorstep. Our home is very comfortable for 2-20 people. If the power ever goes out we have a whole house generator. Our home is extremely efficient to heat and cool, this year our entire heat bill when we stayed year round was only $600.00. Solid Hickory doors and trim throughout offers a timeless, rock solid feel. The main floor living with main floor laundry and main floor office, it is perfect for our every day. When we have guests they can have the entire lower floor with a 2nd kitchen, game room and full bath. We will be sad to leave, but our next chapter awaits.
