Sue is the company's broker for the state of Michigan, and she specializes in lake homes and land in northern Michigan. This area includes Lake Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Burt Lake, Mullett Lake, and the Petoskey area of Lake Michigan.

As a lifelong resident of Michigan, Sue grew up in Plymouth. She would visit her family in Northern Michigan, and during those visits, Sue fell in love with the area and knew that was where she wanted to raise her family. Sue loves the natural beauty and plentiful resources that Northern Michigan offers. She enjoys the outdoors and participating in outdoor activities year-round.

Before starting her career in real estate, Sue was a social worker. Her social work experience flows nicely into real estate because she uses her training in decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to help buyers and sellers get what they need!

Sue values education and has completed training designations as a Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and the Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS). Her drive for knowledge and excellence helps her clients when it comes to the buying and selling process.

Sue truly loves her community and works to give back. She serves as the secretary for the local Habitat for Humanity board and runs the soup kitchen at her church, which serves a weekly meal to those in need.
