Tiny House... Big Sebago. :) Welcome Home! Fabulous private beach on an extremely coveted section of Big Sebago Lake. This a compact cottage at the waters edge, with a kitchenette and 1/2 bath and a deck over the beach, is SUBLIME lake living! Electricity was disconnected by CMP after a storm took out the line, but fuse box in cottage should be replaced with circuit breaker anyway. Lake water is not currently hooked up to the cottage and septic system should be replaced. New septic design available for review.
