This sweet camp has incredible views, great parking, a real boat launch, dock, garage and is a short ride by ATV or sled to The Birches! Camp is cozy but can sleep up to 7 people and the very nicely finished bunkhouse above the garage, built in 2016, can sleep 9 more and has an outhouse/privy. Lots of parking for toys, trucks, and trailers. and an additional shed for storage.New Rinnais in camp and bunk house 2016 and a Generac stand by propane generator makes storms and winters easy and efficient. This camp is heated and used year round.The water access is great for swimming and boating just 10 feet from your porch. Expansion has not been utilized and there is a strong rental history!
