This camp is located on the end of a peninsula on Millinocket Lake with a spectacular view of Mount Katahdin. Property includes a fully-furnished main camp with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, open floor plan for the kitchen and living area. The camp has gas appliances including hot water, is wired for a generator, and has both a full bath and a privy. The property also includes a smaller guest cabin. There is a dock at the lake and a fire pit area all on a one-acre owned lot (no lease).Millinocket Lake supports both cold water and warm water species. Excellent lake trout, salmon, and cusk fishing as well as very large white perch and chain pickerel. Sandy Stream is the main tributary and since it originates high in Baxter State Park, the crystal clear water stays cold all summer and has excellent brook trout and salmon fishing. Millinocket Stream is the outlet and offers great salmon and brook trout fishing especially in spring and fall.
