2 homewood fishing club

This home was built as a cabin in 1922 for a summer vacation spot, but has become a year round retreat with lots of character and charm and yet a cottage feel. While there are some high ceilings and very spacious areas it's still cozy and comfortable. There are two kitchens which supply ample space for groups. The main kitchen has some original cabinets as well as lovely new white ones. The 2nd kitchen is in what was originally the back porch. The appliances all work, some are new. There are 2 stoves, 2 sinks, etc., but only 1 refrigerator. The front porch was once screened, but now has windows throughout. It could easily be heated. The lovely deck overlooks the secluded yard. There is a shed which may have been started as a potential guest house, but not completed. It could be just storage or perhaps a workshop. The basement can be accessed from either the outside or the inside of the home. It has a finished bedroom and full bathroom with tile floor, but the ceiling is under 7'. The laundry is also downstairs. EE furnace '19, roof '18, wood laminate floor less than 5 years old. Many new windows including those in the living and dining areas. Fish or boat and relax to your heart's content in this lovely year round retreat.
