This property is located about 45 minutes from Birmingham. It's right at 32 acres and with about a 5 acre peninsula. Shoal Creek shapes the south side of the property with nearly 1,800 feet of shoreline. To all of the west and north of the property's peninsula is Neely Henry Lake. This place is located near the narrow bridge on the old Waldrop road. Reed Road doesn't have an access point, but part of the 32 acres can be seen from there. There is one mobile home with a gravel driveway. Behind the trailer is a small nature trail through the center of the peninsula that we will be happy to show you! The land could be developed by subdividing into three acre lots with approval from St.Clair County and Alabama Power Company. It's best suited for the duck, deer, bow fishermen and anglers. It's my hope to find a buyer who has a great appreciation for this habitat, because it is where Shoal Creek enters the Coosa River.
