Missy Fredrickson offers confidence and clarity in assisting clients.  She is focused on listening to client needs and confident in her real estate knowledge and suggestions made, and provides clear communication as the relationship moves forward.

Missy has resided at Canyon Lake permanently since 2015 but has a  long term connection to the area she knows so well. Her first home purchased in Canyon Lake was a weekend home. Her family’s love of the water and the ruggedness of the surrounding hill country grew over the years. After purchases and renovations since the start in 1989, she officially calls Canyon Lake her home. Her long term  connection to Canyon Lake makes her a lake expert.

Missy’s number one goal is to service her clients’ needs. Whether this is through listing or buying, Missy is there to listen, get to know and serve her clients.

Missy also serves clients on Lake Dunlap, Lake Placid Seguin and Lake McQueeney.

Missy resides in Canyon Lake with her husband. The two love to wake- surf, go on their boat and spend time with family and friends.
