Lucas Debenedet

Lucas was born and raised in International Falls and spent his high school years as a dedicated athlete in hockey and golf. His success in hockey carried on to college, where he majored in Business Management, and then to France and the East Coast where he played minor pro hockey. As someone who cares deeply about giving back to the community, he continues to coach younger players to try and help give them a great start on their life journeys.

His business degree and motivation gave him the knowledge and desire to start his own rental property business, with multiple units throughout the Northland. So his entry into the real estate business was a natural transition. Lucas sees coaching buyers and sellers as similar to coaching athletes, and is the perfect use of his skills.
