He earned a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Arizona and began his career in real estate appraisal before transitioning into executive positions across the insurance, technology, and staffing sectors. Throughout his journey, he founded and sold several successful companies, honing strong negotiation skills through years of collaboration with national clients and C-suite executives.
