Grover Naslund

Grover Naslund brings decades of experience and a lifelong passion for lakeside living to his role as a trusted real estate professional in the Spokane area. Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Grover grew up surrounded by the waters of the Pacific Northwest, spending countless days boating and fishing on Seattle’s many lakes and rivers. That love of the water naturally carried into his life and career, making him uniquely equipped to help clients find their perfect lake property.

Before becoming a real estate agent in 1995, Grover built a strong foundation in both construction and sales. He grew up in the family construction business, later managed a successful furniture store, and even flipped homes before realizing his true calling in real estate. Over the years, he has owned and managed two brokerages while also leading a third for nearly a third of his career. His greatest award is the expertise gained through this extensive hands-on experience.

In 2021, Grover relocated from the Seattle area to Spokane, where he has embraced the beauty and lifestyle of country living. From scenic drives through farmland to boating on Long Lake, Grover finds daily inspiration in the natural charm of the region. He loves introducing clients to that same sense of peace and adventure that drew him to the area.

When he is not helping others find their dream lake home, Grover is often in his home music studio. Surrounded by guitars, a grand piano, and an array of recording equipment, he enjoys writing, playing, and recording music.

Family is also central to Grover’s life. His daughter, Claire, and his three grandchildren live nearby in Spokane, while his son, Chris, resides in New Jersey with his wife, Seema, and their dog, Milly.

For Grover, real estate is more than a career. It is a chance to blend his love for the lake lifestyle with helping others create lasting memories.
