Dawna Barnes

Dawna Barnes has over 18 years of experience as a Broker. She has previously focused on resort sales and has an excellent knowledge of the market share on Lake Hudson. She has lived on Lake Hudson since 1998 and can’t imagine not having a lake view every morning.

Dawna grew up going to the lake, and now she has passed on the tradition by taking her grandkids to the lake often. Dawna and her family fish, tube, and ski on the lake. She and her husband have two kids and seven grandchildren. Her grandchildren are her world! They have become a priority for her as well as encouraging them to love the lake lifestyle as much as she does.

Prior to becoming a Broker, Dawna was the owner and administrator of two care facilities. She managed employees and residents. This previous experience has perfected her communication and outreach skills. She loves meeting new people and how different each transaction is. “I enjoy everything about my career,” she says. “Some transactions are more challenging than others, but that’s what makes it fun!”
