After nearly three decades as a waterfront specialist across Minnesota, I have probably seen a wider variety of lake properties than most any agent in the state. From the Twin Cities to the Canadian Border, I've put a lot of miles on the road over the years, just trying to find that perfect lake place for my clients.

From my early days in real estate, I recognized how difficult it was for buyers to sort through the various waterfront markets around the state, and then the hundreds of lakes and lake properties in each region. I realized that a true waterfront specialist -- someone who understood how to help these buyers best -- could be a huge benefit to them in saving both time and money, and I began to focus my efforts on becoming that expert.

Throughout my career, I've worked hard to act as a true consultant to lakeshore buyers and sellers in nearly any waterfront market, and give as much direction as possible in each situation.
