Lake Montanis is located in northwestern Michigan in the city of Rice Lake. It is conveniently located close to town but offers all the peace and quiet you could hope for in the location of your new lake home!

On the Water

This beautiful lake spans 221 acres and is relatively shallow, with a maximum depth of 14 feet. There are 2 public boat launches and a fishing pier for residents to use. While this lake is an all-sports lake, some zones are slow, and no wake closer to shore. Anglers can expect to reel in a variety of fish in this lake, including panfish, northern pike, and walleye.

In addition to the city's sights, residents have the opportunity to feast on local, mouthwatering cuisine! Try out Rice Lake Family Restaurant, Old Southern BBQ Smokehouse, Max Family Kitchen & Bar, Northside Cafe, or Drag’s Restaurant & Roman Lounge. Lehman’s Supper Club is also a fun option. Check out the local dog park if you have a furry best friend. There is also a sledding area nearby for winter fun in the snow. The nearest airport is Rice Lake Regional Airport, about 11 minutes away. Residents of the area may need to travel farther if they want to go to a larger airport.
