This cabin is located on an island in Boom Lake (part of the Wisconsin River/Rhinelander Chain) and is a mere 5 minute boat ride from its very own parking area with storage buildings on the mainland. Access is a breeze with one permanent pier located at 5290 Loop Heights and two on the island (4000 Terzynski Island). Working remotely is completely possible with cable TV and high speed internet, but if you’re looking to unplug, the level location where the cabin is located provides the ultimate escape with excellent swimming frontage and 360 degree views. The current owners have used the cabin mostly during the summer and fall but the building is insulated and easy to heat with a space heater. The interior bathroom has a shower and sink, and the outdoor privy sits just a few steps away (the property has perked for a conventional septic system if desired). Now, it IS possible to brag about owning your very own island!
