Anglers at Phantom Lake can cast from shore or dock to land largemouth bass, black crappie, yellow perch, and brown bullhead catfish. Boats are permitted during the day on a first-come, first-served basis.

Phantom Lake Park is located on the west side of Phantom Lake. The park features a 3.2-mile hiking trail, a green area, shore access, and several picnic areas.
