Part of this home was built in 1900, 10 years before Brewster's founding in 1910. Steamboats of Captain Grigg's Columbia & Okanogan Company plied the river between Wenatchee & Brewster from 1893 to around 1914 when J.J. Hill's Great Northern Railway trains began running from Wenatchee to Oroville. Main portion of home was moved to property and has craftsman wood trim of the period. Add-ons and a partial basement were made, probably in the 30's, some in the 90s. This is a fixer-upper and the property is to be sold "AS IS".
