We have owned property on Lake Limestone since 1986. Because of this, we are very familiar with the lake area and its local amenities. As real estate agents and local homeowners, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

We specialize in the buying and selling of single-family residences and property within Limestone, Leon and Robertson County. We provide our clients with a very personal real estate experience, whether they are buying or selling. For example, if you'd like, we're happy to show you available lake properties by boat (lake conditions permitting). At the same time, our hallmarks are organization and attention to detail at every step of the process.

If you are in the market to buy or sell a home or property, we'd love the opportunity to earn your business.

I was born in Wisconsin, but I got to Texas as soon as I could (age 8). I was raised in Houston, and attended San Jacinto Community College. I came to Lake Limestone in my early 20s in search of a great waterskiing lake - and I found it! I liked the idea of a more rural, quiet lake that would be great for family gatherings.

Prior to my career in real estate, I spent many years working in the oil and gas field as a piping foreman and superintendent. I also have more than 30 years of construction experience. In addition to being an associate broker with Lake Homes Realty, I am a licensed professional real estate inspector.

I was born in Virginia, but didn't get the memo about moving to Texas until my 20s. In 2011, I joined my husband Calvin in selling real estate. I have a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Longwood College (Farmville, VA) and a Master's in Public Administration from Auburn University. I had the honor of working with our nation's Veterans as a therapist, and later as a hospital administrator for the V.A., for more than 30 years. Today, I also serve as a substitute teacher at our local high school.

One of my major hobbies is gardening and I'm working on my Master Gardener certification. I have always loved the water, and there is nothing more exhilarating than boating and jet skiing on our lake. I grew up fishing, and I love seeing families fishing on the waters of our lake and its many hidden coves.

About Lake Limestone

A Great Fishing Lake

About 2 hours south of Dallas, this huge lake is a secret favorite among local fishermen. It stretches over 12,550 acres, and reaches around 40 feet in the deepest parts.

While it is a little far from larger cities, Lake Limestone provides some of the best bass, catfish and crappie fishing in Texas.

The great fishing is credited to the natural shoreline, complete with tons of timber and vegetation that allow fish to breed properly.

Recreation on Lake Limestone

Lake Limestone is a beautiful lake with great opportunities.

There are a number of marinas, and residents and visitors can rent boats to explore the beautiful water. There are also RV parks that rent by the day or month, and have a huge number of amenities to attract tourists and Texans alike.

You can also camp and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the shoreline.
