Kye Fadeley has lived in many states throughout his life, but one thing has remained constant - his love of the lake. Kye's father was a real estate salesman who brought him along to help out and sparked his real estate career. He remembers helping his father at lake properties by clearing lots of underbrush and trees before building a fire and camping there overnight.

Prior to real estate, Kye worked in video production and project management. Now, he enjoys meeting people from all over the country and finding the secret or hidden spots around the lake area. When he's not tirelessly helping his clients, Kye can be found waterskiing, paddleboarding, mountain biking, fishing, camping, taking photos, and spending time on the lake with his family and friends.
