Tim Fredrickson was born and raised in the Texas suburbs. Growing up vacationing at Canyon Lake and owning property there now has prepared Tim to help those that are looking for their forever lake home.

Before going into real estate, Tim worked in technology as a programmer before going into sales consulting and then becoming a realtor. He specializes in second homes and vacation homes in Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Wimberley, Bulverde, Boerne, San Marcos, and Seguin. Tim decided to help those looking to relocate to Canyon Lake due to his vast knowledge in the area and his being a homeowner there since 1989.

Tim enjoys spending his day on the water, kayaking, water skiing, and lake surfing. His wife and he like inviting their three kids and their grandkids over to the lake to enjoy the water and beautiful scenery.
