The lake isn't just where I work; it's where I live and play too!

From growing up swimming, boating, and skiing on the waters of some of Tennessee's most beautiful reservoirs -- including Fort Loudon, Tellico, and Watts Bar Lakes -- to buying my first home on Fort Loudoun Lake in the early 90s, I eat, sleep, and breathe lake living.

Lake properties are special, and buying and selling them requires specialization.

As part of the nation's largest lake-focused real estate company, Lake Homes Realty, I provide cutting-edge marketing materials and resources to my clients, backed by my more than 20 years of experience in the industry and lifetime local lake community knowledge.

I've lived here my whole life so beyond knowing where the best fishing holes are and what part of the lake is best for tubing, I am also intimately familiar with many Tennessee lake havens like Tellico Village, Rarity Bay, Tennessee National, Morganton Landing, Lashbrooke, Montgomery Cove, Mallard Bay, Jefferson Park, and River Sound just name a few. I have literally witnessed their being built from the ground up and there are so many more lake front neighborhoods in the area that I would love to show you too.

I've also worked extensively in developmental real estate and closely with builders in the area.

I use this experience, in tandem with extensive MLS data, to provide my clients with price comparisons, market conditions and inventory distribution across each lake of interest.

Our industry-leading website also provides my clients with the only national online platform exclusively focused on featuring lake-specific properties.

Pulling from over 100 MLS platforms across more than half the country, is the most comprehensive database of lake listings available, making it the easiest, most convenient platform for finding or selling your lakefront, lake view, or lake access property.

No other single real estate brokerage in the country has access to as much lake-specific real estate data as Lake Homes Realty, allowing me to give my clients an added hand-up in their markets.

For My Buyers: I believe it is important to LISTEN, EDUCATE and FAMILIARIZE you with ALL areas of your real estate transaction, and I strive to provide you with the best tools and experience for making an informed and happy purchase.

For My Sellers: I stand firm on supplying you with in-depth and comprehensive market trends and values to ensure the success of your lake property sale. I also believe in providing professional suggestions on home staging and the use of professional photography, drone footage, Matterport 3D imaging and videography, as well as a strategic social and web marketing plan to gain the most visibility for your home.

I've found my happy place here in lake country and this area is known as the lake capital of the south! Allow me to use my expert knowledge and skills to help you find yours.

About Tellico Lake

Tellico Lake stretches 33 miles along the Little Tennessee River into the mountains of east Tennessee and is home to several large upscale lakefront communities, neighborhoods and marinas. The lake has 357 miles of shoreline and 15,560 acres of water surface.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has banned all development for residential use on the properties surrounding Tellico Lake that have not already been sold. The ban makes properties being developed along Tellico now prime real estate in East Tennessee. Also unique is the lake's location along a chain of lakes connecting to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway that travels all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean.

Tellico Lake offers year-round recreation including: boating, fishing, waterskiing, jet skiing, swimming, camping, public parks, public lake access areas and much more. Tennessee's mild four-season climate makes it possible to boat throughout the year. In addition to the lake the area is also great for golf and hiking.

No matter what you are looking for in a lake home, Tellico Lake has something for everyone!
