I am a full-time Broker, licensed in Tennessee. My time is the most important asset I own and I understand yours is just as important to you. One of the largest pieces of your portfolio is your home, land or business. I take the responsibility of helping you buy or sell your home or business very seriously.

I have been involved in real estate and construction most of my life. Two aunts and my momma's best friend were Realtors, so I grew up listening to the stories and being involved in their lives. I became a Journeyman Electrician and learned to build houses. As an Electrician, I have worked at many industrial and commercial buildings as well as nuclear plants around the country. This knowledge, along with specialized training classes helps me help you with all your business buying or selling goals, as well as your personal home. Together, we will market your home or business as well as it can possibly be marketed. I believe the best attitude I can have is not one of working for a commission, but rather I work for you and most importantly, for your referrals. It's this belief that keeps my business going. I strive for satisfied clients who are happy with my performance; clients who, after all is closed and all go their own way, feel confident about telling their friends, co-workers, church mates and associates about my performance when it comes to their real estate desires.

I have spent the last several years studying the lakes and what is needed to know when buying a lake home. The Tennessee River affects homes and land in very unique ways. I live on Lake Chickamauga just outside of Chattanooga in Hamilton County. I love the lakes in our area and belong to many local organizations. We are the lake experts, ready to help you get the most for your home. No one can market your home on the water or inland better than we can. We pride ourselves on being different than the other realtors in the area. We pride ourselves on being the professional experts you and your family can count on to get the real estate goals of your heart to fruition.

My promise to you is that I will always give you the truth even if it hurts a bit. I will answer my phone when you call. If I don't there is a good reason and I will call back ASAP. You will get the best professional experts available with the highest standard of ethical behavior. You will receive the highest standard of marketing technology available in the business today. Our goal is to satisfy your real estate goals today. Call or email me to set up your free consultation. Thank you.

About Chickamauga Lake

Located Outside of Chattanooga

Chickamauga Lake is a beautiful body of water conveniently located on the outskirts of Chattanooga. The city is a hub of restaurants, shops, and attractions. It also includes the Chattanooga Airport and Parkridge Medical Center.

36,240 Acres of Water

Chickamauga Lake was built in 1940 and filled by the Tennessee and Hiwassee Rivers. It covers 36,240 acres of water and has over 800 miles of shoreline.

It sprawls across Rhea, Meigs, and Hamilton Counties. The lake gets its name from a tribe of Native Americans who broke away from the Cherokee in the 1700s.

Chickamauga Lake Life

Chickamauga Lake has two state parks, two county parks, four municipal parks, and two wildlife centers along with 40 boat launches and a variety of marinas.

Boating, sailing, water skiing, wave running, tubing, and fishing are just a few of the activities it has to offer.

Visit Harbor Lights Marina for day-use boat rentals! Want to hop off the water and find a bite to eat? Dock up at Lakeshore Marina and head over to their Lakeshore Grille for some sake tuna lollipops and almond grouper, topped with white grape sauce.

While its main species of sport fish include bluegill, white crappie, white bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, and sauger, record largemouth bass have also been caught in this lake.

Chattanooga-area Activities

Whether you're off the water because of the weather, or just want a change of pace for the day, there's plenty of things to do within only a few miles of Chickamauga Lake.

Nearby Chattanooga — Also known as the Scenic City and GIG City — has been twice named Outside Magazine’s “Best Town Ever” and is the best city for adventurous families.

Visit the Chattanooga Zoo, or catch a baseball game with the Chattanooga Lookouts. Tour the caves at Racoon Mountain Caverns, or take a stroll through the 4,100-foot Enchanted Trail at the Rock City.

Other Chattanooga-area attractions include the Creative Discovery Museum, the Southern Belle River Ride, Ruby Falls, and the Tennessee Aquarium.
