Born and raised on Center Hill Lake

In 1983 Tony's family purchased Sligo Marina on Center Hill Lake and Tony was hooked. Although the Luna Family Sold the marina in July of 2016, the marina life and Center Hill Lake will always be a part of Tony's life. "Center Hill Lake is in my blood and I can't imagine living anyplace else."

In 1999 Tony got his real estate license and selling Center Hill Lake was an easy decision to make. "My dad did a lot of development around the lake and I was always a part of it and growing up on the water helped me learn the shoreline so I was lucky enough to have the best of both worlds."

Tony has been featured twice on Nashville News 2 because of his Center Hill Lake expertise.

Community Matters

In 2012, DeKalb County/Smithville City open the DeKalb Community Center in an abandoned grocery store. Then Mike Foster, the county Mayor at the time, came to Tony and asked for some organizational help.

Tony has been a part of the Center ever since. From organizing painting and drawing classes to pottery classes to a community garden, the Community Center and Tony has been a huge asset to the local community.

In the heart of Tennessee, nestled beside the Cumberland Mountains lies Center Hill Lake. Caney Fork and Falling Water River make up this reservoir, and it runs through DeKalb, Putnam, White and Warren counties.

Center Hill Lake is 64 miles long, has 415 miles of shoreline and covers 18,220 acres. It was built in 1948 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to help with electricity production and flood control. Center Hill Lake's deepest point is 190 feet.

More and more visitors are buying real estate along Center Hill Lake due to the fact that it has 3 breath taking waterfalls, beautiful rock bluffs and unusually clear water. It is an all-around great outdoor recreation hub, centrally located between Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.
