Born and raised on Center Hill Lake

In 1983 Tony's family purchased Sligo Marina on Center Hill Lake and Tony was hooked. Although the Luna Family Sold the marina in July of 2016, the marina life and Center Hill Lake will always be a part of Tony's life. "Center Hill Lake is in my blood and I can't imagine living anyplace else."

In 1999 Tony got his real estate license and selling Center Hill Lake was an easy decision to make. "My dad did a lot of development around the lake and I was always a part of it and growing up on the water helped me learn the shoreline so I was lucky enough to have the best of both worlds."

Tony has been featured twice on Nashville News 2 because of his Center Hill Lake expertise.

Community Matters

In 2012, DeKalb County/Smithville City open the DeKalb Community Center in an abandoned grocery store. Then Mike Foster, the county Mayor at the time, came to Tony and asked for some organizational help.

Tony has been a part of the Center ever since. From organizing painting and drawing classes to pottery classes to a community garden, the Community Center and Tony has been a huge asset to the local community.

About Center Hill Lake

A Treasure of Tennessee

Center Hill Lake is a recreational splendor in the heart of Tennessee. Featuring waterfalls, rocky bluffs, and hardwood forests, the lake isn’t just your average escape.

The forested hills of the Tennessee Eastern Highlands are its pristine encasing. The lake sees over one million visitors a year but still manages a natural environment.

Under 100 Miles from Nashville

Nashville is approximately an hour’s drive away. The city is full of music venues, restaurants, bars, hotels, and attractions. It includes the Nashville International Airport and several large hospitals.

Cookeville is northeast of the lake if you are looking for a closer source of restaurants and shops. Families will appreciate having schools in Cookeville, Smithville, and Gordonsville.

Sparkling Waters

Center Hill Lake spans 18,220 acres and reaches depths of 195 feet. Its 415-mile shoreline includes inlets and coves where anglers and swimmers can escape the open waters.

Watercraft of all kinds travel the waters: pontoons, powerboats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, fishing boats, and more. Waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing are popular activities.

Center Hill Marina & Yacht Club, Edgar Evins Marina, Hurricane Marina, and Hidden Harbor Marina are convenient for boat slips, rentals, and other services.

Lakeside Exploring

There is an impressive number of amenities around the lakeshore: 31 boat ramps, 25 recreation areas, seven swimming areas, 10 playgrounds, 388 campsites, and 20 trails.

Edgar Evins State Park is the largest park on the lake, covering 6,000 acres. It features 12 miles of hiking trails. They host a variety of events including wildflower walks, fishing lessons, and kayak tours.

Burgess Falls, Cul-Car-Mac Falls, and Great Falls are located off the waters of Center Hill Lake. Each is a beautiful sight and also serves as a swimming hole.

Falcon Rest, a Victorian mansion in McMinnville, delivers an exciting history lesson about the home during a guided tour with its owner, followed by a sit-down dinner.

Center Hill Lake is also surrounded by dozens of restaurants and places to shop for goods. It is a nice mix of serenity and fun.

Dazzling Waters and Scenic Shores

Center Hill Lake is an all-around great outdoor recreation hub, centrally located between Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.
