David Hanf

Dave Hanf has spent many years working to help people find their dream home in the Poconos.

Dave grew up in Hawley, PA and then spent years in New York City, Connecticut, and South Carolina. Each time he moved, he was drawn back to the beautiful Poconos and Lake Wallenpaupack.

Dave has a vast knowledge of the many lakes in and around the Poconos and has managed lakefront properties as well as investment properties. His expertise in small town networking has led to personal relationships with many city officials.

After owning a restaurant with his wife, Dave understands the ins and outs of owning property, and the stress involved in home buying and selling.
