There is 10 acres adjacent to this tract that just got it's dock approval from TVA so with 157' of lake frontage should be no problem on a dock permit. Howard Edwards Road a partially graveled and dirt road does have road maintenance requirements from several properties. Septic permit should not be a problem. Possible shared well. The public boat ramp is very close by a gentle gravel ramp but not on property. There is a gate so you will need a key. The road is slightly grown up so if you have a nice car you might walk from the gate or I can take you in a 4 seater Can Am.
