Melinda Countryman

Melinda Countryman has a deep connection to lakes. Her earliest memories were camping on Sixberry Lake, as well as kayaking and swimming on the local lakes she grew up around in New York.

Before getting into real estate, Melinda worked delivering mail as a rural carrier, imported vehicles from Canada, and bartended in some local hotspots, which have given her quite a sphere of acquaintances. She became a real estate agent full-time in August of 2018.

Lake Ontario and its smaller surrounding lakes are in Melinda Countryman’s DNA. Melinda has lived around these lakes her entire life and has gained an understanding of the area that no one else can offer.

Melinda loves connecting people with their perfect properties, whether on or off the lake. She also loves educating and assisting in the buying and selling process and appreciates being part of her client’s journey.

Melinda lives near several lakes and has lived in the Theresa, NY, area for 30 years. Before that, she lived in Clayton, NY, on the St. Lawrence River and close to Lake Ontario. She particularly enjoys the peace and tranquility that the lakes bring. She considers the lake “Her Happy Place.”

In her free time, Melinda enjoys crafting, kayaking, and camping. She also enjoys attending old car shows when she is not navigating real estate.
