Scenic Property Outside of Jackson

Livingston Lake is in Madison County, Mississippi, approximately a half-hour from the Jackson city center.

Mannsdale Elementary School is just across the road, but there are many other options in Madison. The city also provides retail stores, restaurants, and hotels.

Jackson houses the Jackson International Airport and Saint Dominic Hospital.

A Serene Location

Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are popular pastimes at Livingston Lake. Many properties have docks, but there is a boat launch and fishing pier on the northeastern shore.

Livingston Lake holds a variety of bass and bream. Atop the water, you can spot wood ducks and mallards.

Birdwatchers will also be impressed with the warblers, goldfinches, blue jays, cardinals, woodpeckers, and sparrows that they can spot in their backyard.

The Lake Caroline Golf Club, Reunion Golf & Country Club, and Annandale Golf Course are nearby.

Lefleur’s Bluff State Park is in the Heart of Jackson; there, you can spend time on the Pearl River or beneath the pines.

Around the city, you will find a significant number of museums and preserved homes. It is also host to several annual events, including the Dixie National Rodeo, Mississippi State Fair, Jubilee Jam, and the Pepsi Pops Concert.
