A slice of heaven on top of the hill! This seasonal 2003 park model has been given a big overhaul. New roof, new fooring throughout, new pex water lines and shutoffs, new toilet and bathroom sink, new microwave, and even the refrigerator and water heater have been replaced within the last year or so! The Driveway, Well and Septic (holding tanks are compliant!) are brand new as of 2021. Even the underground power and high speed fiber optic internet has been brought in within the last year. There is an older bunkhouse on the other side of the road that with a little TLC would make a great guest quarters. There are new steps on the way to the lake and the dock will stay. Thinking about fishing? Burnt Shanty is known for the state record bass! There seems to be a nice sandy shoreline when your are by the waters edge, but it would take a little effort to develop it.
