Sportsman's dream This remote year-round cabin is located 20 miles north of Grand Rapids on Beaver Lake. The lot is 9.5 acres with 300' of lakeshore but is surrounded by thousands of acres of Chippewa National Forest and gives you the feel of being the only cabin for miles around. Beaver Lake is a great Northern & crappie lake, and the deer, grouse, and bear population is excellent. Power is supplied by a diesel generator and solar panels with battery storage. The 20 X 20 log cabin is warm and cozy with propane and wood heat. Gas stove & fridge, one bed in the loft, and a bunk house for guests. The 20 X 36 garage is insulated, wired, and also has propane heat & a wood stove.
