One-eighth ownership of a two-bedroom plus loft lakehome at Superior Shores Resort. This multi level corner unit features sleeping for eight with a main floor bedroom, loft, upper level bedroom , two baths, kitchen, living room with fireplace, den with whirlpool and deck overlooking Lake Superior. One eighth ownership is six or seven weeks each year (one week every eight weeks). Use your assigned weeks for personal stays, send friends and family, rentals or exchange weeks to other resorts via RCI. Shared use of pool, hot tub, tennis courts hiking trails and 46 wooded acres with over a half mile of Lake Superior shoreline. Each owner pays a one-eighth share of the monthly expenses including association dues, utilities, administrative fees, cable TV, telephone, insurance and supplies. Approximate monthly expenses are $195.
