There is a reoccurring "Wish List" for those that love Wayzata and it goes something like this: We wish we could live in a premier condominium complex in the heart of Wayzata with a large open floor plan and high end appliances. How about it being a corner unit with surround windows, a large pantry, powder room, two bedrooms with ensuite baths and the primary having an extra large walk in closet. Might as well wish for two terrace decks, one just off of the kitchen for outdoor grilling and the other that is 500 square feet and wraps around the entire outside corner of the unit. Add in 2 underground garage spaces, social rooms, one on the roof top with a glimpse of the lake and within walking distance to everywhere... If only a place like that was available....Well here it is. Wishes do come true!
