Cass Lake
Cass Lake has many recreational activities to choose from for everyone to enjoy. The lake has a public beach with over a mile of shoreline of white sandy beach which stretches into the lake's waters.
Other popular recreations are sunbathing, swimming, boating, and canoeing. There are places to rent pontoon boats as well. For wintertime family fun, try ice skating, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, or the newest sport to the lake, ice sailing. Towards the northern end of the lake is Dodge #4 State Park. While there is no overnight camping at the park, there are several other amenities such as bathhouses with showers, picnic areas, and grills.

Erebus is an all-year long haunted house with four stories of fun scares to delight the thrill-seeker in you. And just minutes away, in Detroit, there are several attractions well worth taking a day or even a weekend trip to visit.
The Detroit Zoo will delight visitors young and old. The Detroit Institute of Arts displays breathtaking artistic achievements from around the world. Comerica Park is a classic ballpark where, during the season, one can catch the Detroit Tigers.
