Why did you choose to become a realtor?

REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION! I have always had a love of real estate and a knack for remembering most houses I see. My first real estate purchase was at 23 and I've made a purchase practically every year since. I realized I should become a realtor when I began to know more than many of the realtors I worked with. I knew I would be able to help people with my expertise. This was my calling! Some say it was my destiny given my last name, HauseMan!

What makes you different?

This is often an emotional process for Buyers and Sellers. As an investor, I look at properties a little differently- No emotion/Get it done! My goal is for Buyers to find a home they love and to help Sellers protect their equity.

What can I expect from you as my realtor?

Honesty! I make a commitment to keep the clients best interest front and center, but I tell it like it is. Surprises are usually not good in real estate so my team will work hard prior to closing to make sure it is a smooth process. This takes time and communication so all T's are crossed and I's dotted. We want closing to be a rewarding positive experience.

What do you love about being a realtor?

I turn dreams into reality. SW Michigan is a lifestyle that I have had the pleasure enjoying for the past 16 years and now I find joy in helping others live it as well!

What makes now the right time to Sell or Buy?

Qualified Buyers are "Always" ready to buy property that is "Priced Correctly" regardless of anything else that may be happening in the economy, politically, time of year, etc. .. Sellers who understand this always win!

I look forward to serving you,

Kurt E. Hauseman
