Lot 8 of Charlevoix Cove is a short walk from the Charlevoix Cove's clubhouse, marina, and beach area. Charlevoix cove has it's own private dock, boat slips are available based on availability and the marina rules and regulations surrounding boat slips. You must have a house in Charlevoix cove to get a boat slip. The lot is mostly wooded. Natural gas was recently brought down Apple Lane. Paved roads, also Lot can be accessed from Apple Lane and Village road on the back side of the lot for convenience. Nice community feel. A water well is needed. Regarding septic, the underground drain field line is installed running to the community drain field. In reference to the marina and boat slips there are additional association fees accompanying the boat slips on a yearly basis. The lot has yearly dues of $500.
