Welcome to Square Pond Island life! Treasure Island has 78 homes and is serviced by a "ferry" (a ten-passenger pontoon boat). Leave your car on the mainland and take the ferry right to your dock. This is a Sweet Cottage with two bedrooms, ¾ bath and a loft accessed by a ladder. Walk a short path to the beautiful sandy beach. There is a shared dock where you will have your own slip for your boat. Spacious side yard for grilling, entertaining and yard games. Sit on the cozy front porch with coffee or cocktails and listen to the loons. The best part of being an islander is joining the community you become part of. Walk around the island and meet all of the terrific folk. The walk around is just over a mile.
